1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a jl28 account or using any part of the jl28 Platform, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and jl28.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl28 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

jl28 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. 2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The jl28 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jl28 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The jl28 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. jl28 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a jl28 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in the Philippines. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. jl28 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jl28 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. If jl28 detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, device, IP address, payment method, or household, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and bonus funds forfeited. jl28 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl28 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jl28 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jl28 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Account Rules and Player Conduct

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information at all times. Any attempt to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information to jl28 – including during registration, identity verification, or any support interaction – constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl28 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games, poker, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jl28 Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl28 staff, customer support agents, or other players.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jl28 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl28 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Philippine-based payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment providers. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl28 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your jl28 account.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your jl28 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jl28 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of verified technical error.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require completion of KYC procedures before processing. jl28 aims to process approved withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes during business hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status. jl28 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML compliance requirements.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jl28 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱200 per month to inactive account balances, following written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their accounts by logging in and completing any required verification steps.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jl28 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. jl28 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jl28 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently closed.

6. Fair Use and Game Integrity

jl28 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the jl28 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure random and unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in licensed studio environments with multiple camera angles and real-time monitoring to ensure integrity.

jl28 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical malfunction, human error, or any circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. jl28's decision on matters of game integrity is final and binding.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl28 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of jl28 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl28 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jl28.

The jl28 name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks of jl28. You may not use any jl28 trademark without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

jl28 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. jl28 is not liable for any losses, including gaming losses, arising from Platform downtime or interruptions.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl28's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl28 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jl28 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The jl28 Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services. jl28 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party service provider. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with those providers.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

jl28 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other jl28 policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Conduct that jl28 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• Request by the player for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, jl28 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks. jl28 is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to fraud, breach of Terms, or illegal activity.

You may close your jl28 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jl28 through our customer support channels. jl28 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

11. Changes to These Terms

jl28 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will indicate the effective date of the revision at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jl28 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
